Ok let's see - my 6 wk check up went well... I was told to wait another 2 wks to see how I am feeling w/the pain and discomfort in my belly.... We talked about an IUD and they are supposed to be calling me back to tell me what my copay is before I make a final decision... Other then that I am doing well.... I am below my pre-pg weight at 180 and I plan on going down a little more - my goal is to lose another 15-20 and go down atleast one more size to a 14....

Deven got his bowling awards and did VERY well in the concert last night.... I was sooo proud of him and amazed to see him up there on stage actually singing and participating.... He was actually opening his mouth and SINGING!!!! This is the boy that would have never have done that last yr!!! He's grown sooo much!!! Pictures to come later - I PROMISE!!!!

Dilen is preparing for his Kindi graduation which is in 2 wks... and I am just trying to keep up with life.... I am looking forward to having Monday off to relax and catch up on laundry/house cleaning... And MAYBE just MAYBE if the friggin rain would stop for a day I could MAYBE even get a little yard work done - I would LOVE to plant some flowers!! At a minimum I would like to be able to cut grass and rake up!!!

Oh and seems my comments aren't working/showing at the moment - wtf is that??? GRRRRRR I'll try to see if it's fixable shortly.... Well since I am in the office I better finish up some things... Til next time...

Ok there is alot to catch up on - 1st is that we did get Dilen taken care of in the dental dept - the final visit on 4/21 we had him sedated and got 2 root canals done - 1st let me say that sedation does NOT mean sleep (commercials on local radio refer to "snoozing" while they work - NOT!) Dilen was wide awake and SCREAMING, scared to death while they worked on him - 2nd the pedi dentist is NOT a great kids dentist in my opinion - lousey bedside manner (and his little notes about Dilen being scared and uncooperative in the file didn't help my opinion of him!) And the kicker that morning was that someone had scheduled another sedation for the same time/morning and since that little boy was only about 2.5 or 3 he went first... That meant we had about an hour and half to kill before our turn and Dilen STILL couldn't eat or drink anything!!!!! ANYWAY while I couldn't stay in room and attempt to verbally comfort my little guy while they fixed him (It was just tooo emotionally draining for me and I had Ethen w/me as well) they DID manage to get him fixed up and he is none the worse for wear and doesn't remember the majority of it.... and TG too cause they used a block to keep his mouth open after using some metal thingie to pry it open and it was just torture to him AND me!!! Then to add insult to injury, above the $600 we forked out for all that someone stole Dilen's GameBoy from waiting room in the 20 min I left it unattended as I didn't know he had left it on a seat... GRRRRRRRRRRR there were all of 2 other patients out there....

We recently went back for a check up on the OTHER SIDE of mouth and seems we may be going thru all this AGAIN as they say has 2 or 3 cavities on the other side that will need atleast one root canal or novacaine at a minimum - I had hoped they would be minor enough to try to fill w/o the novacaine since it's that shot that causes the greatest fear in Dilen but it was a no go and just the nitrous gas won't work cause he fights the nose piece and gets no benefit from that... So this time we are gonna look into a doc that does it in hospital for about same price (medical will cover 90% of the hospital part so I will just have to pay for dentist and/or the actual work (root canal)) - I have to call Monday to see what's going on w/the dentist they referred us to... The ins/scheduling woman called me Saturday and according to her he doesn't do hospital for just a few things wrong in mouth - EXCUSE ME??? I don't care if the kid only has ONE tooth to fix - if I am paying then you are damn well fixing!!!! BUT if that is the case then the dentist can look at his ENTIRE mouth and fix every single thing that might need to be done in the drilling and filling arena to make it worth while!!! *sigh* It just never ends...

All three boys are doing well otherwise... Deven is just blossoming into such a wonderful young man and Dilen is just too smart for his own good sometimes... And both are such little wise crackers too!! Deven is in the Spring Concert this week plus he will be getting an award for his bowling participation and Dilen will "graduate" from Kindi in just over 2 wks so more pics to come! Ethen is growing well and I don't feel quite so worried about him being so delicate these days as he's beefing up... Of course my nips are tender from him nursing soooo much but hey he's growing! *L* He has his 6 wk check up Friday so I'll post all the results to you afterwards... Overall I am just sooo proud of all my boys and amazed at the joy they manage to bring to me....

Job/House wise I am in limbo at moment - we DID get an extension in trailer park til Sept 06 and of course the base itself is on the closing list but that's not a done deal so we just sit and wait.... If we do close and my job moves I will go where-ever they send us.... With 17 yrs of time in and not being able to retire for another 22 I really don't want to start over w/another job/industry and lose what I have built up so far.... But for now we just wait and see.... Other then that work is going well - I am back to work this past week and it's going pretty well - I work all day Sundays w/Ethen here in the office and then I work about 4 hrs per day M-F... I'll keep this part-time schedule up thru the week after Labor Day and I am really enjoying it!!! I thank the stars for such a wonderful team of co-workers and boss every day!!!!

Personally, in the physical and mental dept I am doing ok - I struggle daily w/keeping my emotional well being stable but even w/the medicine it's a struggle now and again but I am trudging on.... Choices I have made aren't exactly turning out to be the wisest ones it seems and now I need to find the strength and energy to correct them... But I am making progress - a little slower then is comfy but it's progress.... Physically I am concerned about how things have been healing as my belly between button and incision are still very tender to the touch and I am living way too much on the prescription motrin I was given.... Add to this I appear to have a hernia at my belly button that will need correction as well and I am just in WONDERFUL shape!!! I wear the surgical belt I got in hospital that sucks/holds everything in which helps some but it's only a temp fix... I have an appt for my 6 wk check up tomorrow so I will be discussing all this w/the doc.....

On Friday when school let out the boys got to meet their little brother... They came to the hospital eager to meet Ethen wearing their "I'm a Big Brother" tshirts I made them!!! Then we got them to sit still long enough for me to get a pic...
